Cargando…Three strategies to build wealth through real estate investment in Mexico. Each with its horizon, risk, and logic — so you choose on criteria, not hunches.

Buy in pre-construction at launch price and sell at delivery. In high-demand zones, value may appreciate during construction.
Acquire properties in zones with long-term rental demand. Stable monthly income with 6-12 month contracts. Lower risk, steady flow.
Short-term rental in tourist destinations. Higher potential return, but requires active management or a property manager. Performance depends on the zone, the season, and current regulation (RETUR-Q).
ROI by strategy is calculated with verifiable market data and shown as soon as the information is available. Actual returns vary by property, zone, and conditions at the time of investing. Past returns don't guarantee future results.
| Stage | Potential discount | Risk | Delivery | Ideal for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-sale | Per project | ⬆️High risk | 24-36 months | Long-horizon investors |
| Under construction | Per project | ➡️Medium risk | 12-24 months | Risk-return balance |
| Ready to move | Per project | ⬇️Low risk | Immediate | Immediate rental, low risk |
The discount by stage depends on the development and the developer; it's confirmed per project.
